Volleyball League Management Software

Volleyball leagues pack a lot of teams onto a few courts: sixes indoors, fours and doubles on the sand, and often several skill levels on the same night. League Pro is volleyball league management software that keeps registration, court schedules and standings organized across all of them.

What makes running a volleyball league hard

Many formats, one organizer

Coed sixes, reverse fours, doubles. Each is its own division with its own roster rules, fees and schedule. Run them side by side from one account.

Three matches a night per court

Volleyball schedules are dense. Generate a schedule that rotates teams through early and late slots evenly, then adjust it when a team asks for a bye.

Standings by matches or by sets

Some leagues rank by match wins, others count every set. Record results the way your rules score them and let the standings follow.

Weather for sand and grass

Outdoor seasons need a plan for storms. Move the night, then email every team in the division at once.

Volleyball league questions

Should standings count matches or sets?

Counting sets rewards teams for every game they win and reduces ties, which suits short seasons. Counting matches is simpler to explain. Pick one and state it in your rules before week one.

How many teams fit on one court per night?

With one-hour matches and three time slots, a single court handles six teams a night. Two courts handle twelve.

Can free agents join a volleyball league?

Yes. Solo players can register and pay on their own, and you place them on a team before the season starts.
